Na ausência de emires locais, o desenvolvimento lógico de sua intervenção é a tentativa de ‘reconstruir’ Gaza como um enclave turístico-imobiliário em parceria com os xeiques árabes do petróleo, com uma burguesia financeiro-imobiliária palestina a ser artificialmente criada e quem sabe a participação de capitais israelenses. A Palestina tornar-se-ia protetorado do EUA sob a administração de uma joint-venture transnacional.
Só falta combinar com os russos, isto é, com os palestinos.
